I am developing bioengineering approaches to transcriptionally and epigenetically reprogram CAR T cells to boost persistence and antitumor activity. I hope to eventually translate these approaches to the clinic to improve CAR T responses in patients.

I am a graduate student in the Cancer Biology program, co-mentored by Drs. Evan Weber and Andy Minn. My research interests are to identify novel regulators of CAR T cell persistence and function through in vivo CRISPR screens.

Research Technician
I joined the Weber lab after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Madison with my B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. Since joining, I've aided in efforts to understand CAR T memory reprogramming and mechanisms underlying durable CAR T responses in patients. Aside from science, I enjoy exploring our national parks, painting pet portraits, and long-distance running.
